Hello

João Makray is a multi-craftsman of Hungarian/Brazilian descent, who works professionally with cutlery, leather goods, woodcut, jewelry and woodworking. His authorial work, entirely manual, goes from the creation, through the design of the piece and culminates in its artisanal manufacture in his workshop in Barão Geraldo, Campinas/SP. The materials he uses most often are: wood, silver, resin, steel and leather.

He studied architecture and visual arts and also works as a web designer and interface programmer. His knowledge and experience with design and architecture led him to venture into the world of product design, resulting in an innovative and unique  experience.
