How do I place an order?
We only receive orders through this website. We can resolve any debt through the various means of communication, but we prefer to record all requests in the system to reduce noise in the growing demand for customizations.

payment and delivery
We accept payment in cash or in installments through several credit card brands, or deposit by PIX with the traditional discount. Our deliveries may vary depending on demand and order size but our average delivery time is approximately 20 business days after ordering.

Secure purchase and payment option
Some knives have a material or color option but as our production is handmade, feel free to get in touch and discuss details or customize your knives. Payments are made through the secure Wix Payments platform.

return and refund
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 calendar days to return it and receive a full refund for the order, as for all products purchased online.
